About Pop-up Windows...
Each E-document is a PDF  file which opens in a new browser window. Internet browsers with pop-up blockers that are turned on, may block the window from opening. In order to view your E-Documents, while keeping the pop-up blocker turned on, add this url to the list of allowed sites: https://postedge.documentmailbox.com
If using Internet Explorer 8, go to the TOOLS menu at the top of the screen, and select "Pop-up Blocker" and then "Pop-up Blocker Settings".
If using an Internet Service Provider (I.E. AOL, Earthlink or other service), contact them to find out how to allow pop-up windows to open from a particular website.
About E-Mail Notification...
Each time an E-Document is generated (i.e. confirmation for a trade execution), a client is sent an automatically generated e-mail. While this e-mail displays the sender as "York Securities info@yorksec.com", it is not sent from the York Securities server, but rather from our clearing agent's (Penson Financial Services, Inc.) specially designated server used for E-Documents. Some ISP's or e-mail software filters may block an e-mail like this because it may be considered "Spam" (Unsolicited Junk e-mail).
In order to remain enrolled in the E-Documents service, notification via e-mail is required. If you have been un-enrolled, the most likely reason is because the e-mail was undeliverable. In order to accept E-Document e-mails from York Securities, while still blocking other undesirable "junk", you must allow e-mails from this domain:
investordelivery.com
or
from these e-mail addresses:
uscl_conf_mbox@investordelivery.com
uscl_stmt_mbox@investordelivery.com
uscl_1099_mbox@investordelivery.com
id@ProxyVote.com
If you are unsure how to set up the e-mail software filter, or how to modify a spam blocker, please contact your ISP or e-mail host.
If you change your e-mail address...
If you should ever change your e-mail address, be sure to update it on the E-Docs web page. (Sign into your account, click on E-Documents link in the main navigation bar. In the new window that opens, click on the "Change E-Doc E-mail" link at the top of the page.)
Note: If your email address becomes invalid, and e-mails are undeliverable, you will be unenrolled from the E-Documents Service.
